Mrs. Vega

Mrs. Itala Vega-Regis,

PreK3 Teacher, is originally from Peru and has lived in Highlands County for 25 years. She is happily married and the mother of two grown children, both of whom attended St. Catherine Catholic School during their primary education. She is also a proud grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter.

After dedicating 15 years to raising her family, Mrs. Vega-Regis pursued her passion for working with young children by specializing in Early Childhood Education. She has 10 years of experience in the field and also holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture.

Mrs. Vega-Regis is delighted to be part of St. Catherine Catholic School, where she has the opportunity to guide and support her young students. She finds great joy in helping them grow academically and spiritually, fostering in them a strong foundation of faith and a close relationship with God.
