Patrick Barock

Mr. Barock serves as the 5th Grade Teacher at St. Catherine Catholic School, where he also teaches Robotics for grades 5–8 and 6th Grade World History. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Policy, and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice. In addition, he is certified by the State of Florida to teach Social Studies for grades 6–12.

Now in his sixth year at St. Catherine Catholic School and his eighth year of teaching overall, Mr. Barock previously taught in the public school system before joining the St. Catherine community. His experience across multiple grade levels and subjects brings depth, structure, and enthusiasm to his classroom.

Each day, Mr. Barock strives to teach students how to think critically and independently. He believes that every day brings new challenges and new opportunities, making teaching a continually exciting and meaningful vocation.

Outside the classroom, Mr. Barock serves as both the Football Coach and Robotics Coach, investing in students’ growth beyond academics. In his personal time, he enjoys playing sports such as football and pickleball, exploring all forms of strategy games, reading, and cooking.
