Bio

I have been apart of the St. Catherine School for five years. I am going on my sixth year  teaching fourth grade and love being a teacher here.  Our school feels like a family.  I moved here to Sebring almost seven years ago from Michigan. I traded in my snow boots and ski jacket for flip flops and sun glasses.  I love the sunshine. I have lived all over the United States, 22 different states. I loved seeing all the different states and growing up all over.  I am very excited to be here in Sebring. I am a graduate of the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Family Relations and Human Development. I have my Associates from Montgomery College in early child care and I have my child care certificate. Some of my favorite things to do are to watch Buckeye football, visit Disney, crafts, read, spend time with my family and take my dog Foxi for walks through the neighborhood.

In our classroom I try to instill a feeling of family and community. We spend time using our critical thinking skills and building our characters in class.  We help each other when we can and share our gifts with one another.  I beleive that learning can be fun and fourth grade has alot of fun.  Did you know you can make a book report out of a pop bottle or a cereal box???? Stay tuned we will show you the fun of doing those.

If you ever have questions or need to talk, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. You can call school or email me and I will get back to you. I beleive if we work together your child will have a fantastic fourth grade year. Thank you for choosing St. Catherines Catholic School.
